At Cold Water Brewery, our beer is brewed onsite in South Lake Tahoe with a focus on balance, approachability, and craftsmanship. We believe great beer should be for everyone, whether you’re reaching for a crisp lager, a classic IPA, or something a little more adventurous.
From perfecting timeless styles to pushing the boundaries with rotating seasonal releases and small-batch experiments, our goal is to create beers that feel both familiar and exciting.
With our full brewhouse and nano system, we’re able to continually experiment with collaboration beers, taproom-only releases, and new ideas inspired by the Tahoe community and the seasons around us.
